2025 Beach Party Invitation

Dear Friends of the Ramsey Team!

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming beach party at Birch Bay State Park from 4-8 pm on Saturday, August 23, 2025. Come join us!

We’ll provide picnic style food and indoor or outdoor seating at the BP Heron Center. We’d love to have your friends come too. Just forward them this email or link and let us know how many are coming so that we can plan the food accordingly.

The address is 7290 Birch Bay Dr, Blaine, WA 98230.

We will be providing food, games, and some music (and maybe even some dancing).

If you don’t have a Discover Pass for parking, the Ramsey Team will pay for a day-pass for you. And if you have a real estate referral for us, we’ll get you a one-year pass! See options below.*

We’d love to have you stay from 4 to 8, but you’re welcome to just drop in at any time you are available. If the weather plays along, I’m sure some of us will spend time on the beach, and if it’s raining, we have plenty of indoor space and covered outdoor seating.

RSVP: Please let us know if you’re coming (respond to this email or text), but if you’re not sure yet and can only make it short notice, that’s totally fine! We want to see you. Let us know if you have any questions. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, August 23!
